SALES TAX
We are required by law to charge 6.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to Utah addresses.
DELIVERY
Orders will ship by UPS, FedEx, or USPS to USA addresses only. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery of all available merchandise and more time for delivery to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. We will inform you of any delay over 20 days. Shipping and handling times are approximate, not guaranteed. |
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The Diamond Store Site makes every attempt to ship your order in 3-4 business days after receipt of your order. However, from time to time, some of our products may be on back order. On orders that are mailed, e-mailed, or faxed to us, please let us know if it is okay to back order. On phone orders, we will advise you if any item is not available for immediate shipment. Please call 1-866-496-8811 if you are concerned about immediate availability or wish to have express delivery.
RETURNS Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If any purchase from The Diamond Store does not meet with your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days after receipt, except for personalized and custom ordered items. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable.

Please note: Do to the personal nature of engraved items, The Diamond Store does not refund those items that have been personalized on the customer's instruction (e.g. made-to-order pieces, engraving, special sizing, etc.) or where we have specifically advised that the refund policy does not apply. Items with engraving are returnable only if there was an error on our part. |
